Return Policy

This Return Policy describes how Siftingiaelbowel handles cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for activity plans booked with our Stockholm studio. We try to be flexible because office plans change for many honest reasons.
1. Nature of our service
We provide planning and facilitation services rather than physical goods. Most refund situations therefore concern booked sessions that have not yet taken place. Where digital materials or printed kits are part of your plan, additional terms below apply.
2. Free changes window
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost up to seven days before the agreed session date. To make a change, simply reply to the confirmation email or write to hello@siftingiaelbowel.world.
3. Late changes
For changes notified between seven and three days before the session date, we charge a fifty percent fee on the booked amount to cover facilitator scheduling and supplier commitments. Within seventy-two hours of the session, the full amount is due.
4. Force majeure
If a session cannot take place due to events outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport strikes or public health restrictions, we will reschedule the plan at no additional cost. Where rescheduling is not possible, we refund the full amount paid.
5. Quality assurance
If you feel a session has not been delivered as agreed, please tell us within fourteen days. We will review the situation in good faith and may offer a partial refund, a follow-up session at no cost or a credit toward a future booking.
6. Printed and digital materials
Custom printed materials produced specifically for your team are non-refundable once production has started. Digital materials provided as part of your plan remain available to you whether or not the related session takes place.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days using the original payment method or by bank transfer. Refunds are issued in Swedish kronor regardless of the currency in which the original payment was received.
8. Multi-session programmes
For quarterly or longer programmes, you may pause future sessions at any time. The unused portion of the programme is refunded on a pro rata basis after deducting any sessions already delivered and any non-recoverable costs.
9. Disputes
We strongly prefer to resolve any disagreement through direct conversation. If we cannot reach a fair outcome together, you have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes for assistance.
10. How to request a change or refund
Send an email to hello@siftingiaelbowel.world or write through our contact form with the booking reference, the date of the session and a short description of what you need. We confirm receipt within one Swedish working day and propose next steps shortly after.
11. Updates to this policy
We may revise this Return Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the most recent revision shown above. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed under earlier terms.
