These Terms of Use govern your access to the Siftingiaelbowel website and any activity planning service you request through it. By using the website you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.
1. Who we are
Siftingiaelbowel is an office activity planning studio with offices at Bredgränd 6, 111 30 Stockholm, Sweden. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Siftingiaelbowel.
2. Use of the website
You may use the website for personal information, to learn about our offering and to send a contact request. You agree not to:
- Attempt to access, scan or test the security of any part of the website without our written permission.
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form.
- Use the website for any purpose that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.
- Reproduce or republish content from the website without prior written consent.
3. Intellectual property
All text, images, layout and graphics on this website are owned by Siftingiaelbowel or used under licence. The brand name, logo and design system are protected. Brief quotations with attribution are welcome, but full pages or images may not be redistributed without consent.
4. Service descriptions
Information about activity plans, formats and prices is provided in good faith. Final scope, pricing and timing are always confirmed in a written proposal sent to you after a discovery call. The website does not constitute a binding offer.
5. Bookings and proposals
A booking exists only when both parties have signed or otherwise confirmed a written proposal. We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our craft, scheduling capacity or values.
6. Pricing and invoicing
Prices on the website are indicative and stated in Swedish kronor exclusive of VAT. Invoiced amounts follow the figures listed in the signed proposal, with payment due within thirty days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Bookings can be moved or cancelled in line with our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please consult that document for specific notice periods and fees.
8. Conduct during sessions
Our facilitators run sessions in a calm, respectful and inclusive way. We expect the same from participants. We may pause or end a session if any person behaves in a way that endangers others or seriously disrupts the activity.
9. Disclaimers
Our content focuses on planning, facilitation and workplace collaboration. We do not provide clinical, financial or legal advice. Information published on this website is provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional advice in those fields.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the website or our services is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
11. Third-party content
The website embeds Google Maps, Google Fonts and Phosphor Icons. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of these third-party services and recommend that you review their own terms.
12. Changes to the website
